Workshop on  Understanding Gender and Sexual Diversity

The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of Michael Job Memorial College of Education recognized the importance of fostering an inclusive and diverse learning environment. In pursuit of this commitment, a one-day workshop titled “Understanding Gender and Sexual Diversity” was organized on 6th January 2024. The workshop aimed to promote awareness, sensitivity, and understanding of gender and sexual diversity among the faculty, staff, and students.Resource Organization: Nirangal Organization, Chennai:Nirangal Organization, a renowned entity specializing in LGBTQIA+ rights and advocacy, was entrusted with conducting the workshop. The organization brought in experts and facilitators with extensive experience in the field, ensuring a comprehensive and insightful learning experience.
