Pradeep raj Stands as a cornerstone in the legal framework of MJC , having served as its esteemed legal advisor for the past decade. With a wealth of experience and expertise in legal matters, He has been instrumental in guiding MJC through complex legal landscapes, ensuring compliance, and safeguarding its interests.
Mr.Mathew V. Francis
Mathew has over 38 years of experience in Leadership positions with Corporate. He is heading the activities of MJC, since last 4 years after leaving his service with realty major in Delhi. He was the Head of Commercial Operations of CIAL – The first Green field Airport in the Country. He has worked with Retail, Realty, Operations, Techno Commercial, Consulting, and Airport Commercial Management majors in India. He is a Mechanical Engineer by profession with Post Graduate qualification in Management.
Dr R. Ravi Editor-in-Chief
Dr R. Ravi, the Editor-in-Chief of MJC online journal is responsible for the overall management and direction of the publication. Dr R. Ravi is respected figure in journal publications, with significant expertise and experience. The Editor-in-Chief is to ensure the quality and relevance of the content published in the journal. This involves overseeing the editorial process, including the selection and review of submissions, ensuring that the content meets the journal’s standards for quality and relevance, and making final decisions on which articles are accepted for publication. The Editor-in-Chief also plays a key role in promoting the journal, building relationships with authors, reviewers, and other scholars in the field, and developing strategies to increase readership and impact. They may also be involved in recruiting and managing the editorial board, setting the overall editorial direction of the journal, and ensuring that the journal adheres to ethical and professional standards. Font: The preferred font for the MJCJER is Times New Roman. Ensure that your entire manuscript, including the main text, headings, subheadings, and references, is in Times New Roman font.

Line Spacing: Maintain a line spacing of 1.5 throughout the manuscript. This spacing applies to the main text, headings, subheadings, figure captions, table titles, and references.
Margins: Ensure that your manuscript adheres to standard margin requirements. Typically, margins should be set to 1 inch on all sides (top, bottom, left, and right).
Alignment: Align all text to the left margin. Do not justify the text, as this can lead to uneven spacing between words.
Headers and Footers: Include page numbers and, if required, a running head or a short title in the header or footer of each page. Follow the journal’s specific guidelines for formatting headers and footers.
