Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC)

The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) serves as the central mechanism for monitoring, evaluating, and improving institutional performance, ensuring excellence in teacher education.
The IQAC at MJCOE was established as per the guidelines of the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) to promote a culture of quality, innovation, and continuous enhancement in academic and administrative practices. IQAC plays a vital role in designing and implementing quality assurance measures, fostering excellence in teaching, learning, research, and institutional governance.
IQAC Committee
The IQAC Committee comprises experienced faculty members, administrative leaders, and external stakeholders, all dedicated to fostering institutional development. The committee oversees policy formulation, academic audits, faculty development programs, and student-centric initiatives, ensuring a dynamic and progressive academic environment.
IQAC Minutes
The IQAC maintains records of meetings and proceedings, documenting strategic discussions, policy decisions, and action plans. The IQAC Minutes serve as official records of quality assurance measures, highlighting initiatives aimed at curriculum enhancement, research promotion, student welfare, and institutional growth.
Annual Quality Assurance Report (AQAR)
MJCOE prepares and submits the Annual Quality Assurance Report (AQAR) in accordance with NAAC guidelines, showcasing its commitment to quality education. The AQAR includes academic achievements, faculty development programs, student activities, and research initiatives, reflecting the institution’s dedication to excellence and innovation.
All India Survey on Higher Education (AISHE)
MJCOE actively participates in the All India Survey on Higher Education (AISHE), contributing to national education statistics and policymaking. Through AISHE, MJCOE reports key data on enrollment trends, faculty qualifications, institutional resources, and academic performance, strengthening higher education monitoring and development.
Student Survey
MJCOE values student feedback as an essential tool for continuous improvement through the IQAC. Students are encouraged to share their experiences regarding faculty teaching methods, engagement, and responsiveness, along with insights into infrastructure, resources, and overall academic experiences, including curriculum effectiveness and assessment methods. Feedback can be submitted via online forms, suggestion boxes, or direct communication, ensuring confidentiality and prompt resolution.
