In accordance with legal and institutional guidelines, the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) has been established to address grievances related to harassment and discrimination, ensuring a fair and impartial resolution process.

Responsibilities of ICC

1. Address complaints related to harassment, gender-based discrimination, and workplace misconduct.
2. Conduct inquiries fairly, maintaining confidentiality and impartiality.
3. Provide guidance and support to affected individuals.
4. Organize awareness programs on workplace ethics, gender sensitivity, and legal provisions.
5. Recommend appropriate action based on findings and institutional policies.

How to File a Complaint?

Individuals facing harassment or discrimination can approach the ICC through the following channels:
