Internal Complaints Committee (ICC)

In accordance with legal and institutional guidelines, the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) has been established to address grievances related to harassment and discrimination, ensuring a fair and impartial resolution process.
Responsibilities of ICC
- Address complaints related to harassment, gender-based discrimination, and workplace misconduct.
- Conduct inquiries fairly, maintaining confidentiality and impartiality.
- Provide guidance and support to affected individuals.
- Organize awareness programs on workplace ethics, gender sensitivity, and legal provisions.
- Recommend appropriate action based on findings and institutional policies.
Objectives
- Harassment Prevention: Educate and empower individuals to recognize, prevent, and report workplace harassment.
- Gender Sensitivity: Promote equality and respect through awareness programs and discussions.
- Safe Environment: Provide a confidential and supportive space for reporting concerns.

How to File a Complaint?
Individuals facing harassment or discrimination can approach the ICC through the following channels:
