Composition of the Governing Body

The Governing Body includes the following members:

  • Director, Legal Affairs: A member from legal background who takes care of the legal aspects of the institution.
  • Principal: A member who represents the academic leadership of the institution.
  • Management Representatives: Individuals from the managing trust or board responsible for administrative and financial guidance.
  • External Experts: Eminent academicians, industry professionals, and social leaders invited for their valuable insights.

Meetings and Minutes

The Governing Body meets on regular basis to discuss and make decisions on matters related to the institution. The minutes of the meetings are recorded and made available to the members.
