On February 5 and 6, 2024, from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm, Michael Job Memorial College of Education for Women, Coimbatore, organized a Faculty Development Program (FDP) on Evaluation Strategies and Classroom Management Skills, hosted in virtual mode. The event, led by resource persons Dr. M. Parthasarthy, Associate Professor, and Dr. S. Thangarajathi, Professor from Bharathiar University, attracted over 500 participants from various countries. The FDP, facilitated by the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), focused on enhancing educators’ assessment techniques and classroom management abilities, contributing to the professional growth and development of faculty members worldwide.
