As an institution, Michael Job Memorial College of Education For Women (MJCOE) renders quality education for student teachers, with the support of innovative teaching methodologies significant to the prevailing learning conditions. We not only prepare our students to teach for Secondary Schools but also for other opportunities related to the digital world e.g. online tutors, content writers, curriculum designers etc.

The main aspiration of our institution is to empower each and every student teacher to become a proficient and confident educator to meet the academic challenges of the 21st century. With the change in technology, our way of communication and the role each teacher needs to play has also changed. We train our student teachers to be creative, collaborative and innovative in the field of education.
